Data Deletion
Inqita does not require an account. Most app data is stored locally on your device and can be removed from your Android settings.
Delete Local App Data
To delete local Inqita app data on Android:
- Open Android Settings.
- Go to Apps.
- Select Inqita.
- Open Storage.
- Tap Clear data or uninstall the app.
This removes local schedules, prayer settings, cached location, cached prayer calendars, Health Monitor issue history, diagnostics, recent city searches, and app preferences stored by Inqita on your device. Temporary city previews are not saved as the permanent current location. You can also clear the recent-city list directly from the location search screen.
Revoke Permissions
You can also revoke location, notification, exact alarm, and Do Not Disturb policy permissions from Android Settings. You can also remove any battery optimization or background activity exception you granted to Inqita. Some automation features may stop working when permissions or background access are revoked.
Delete Support Emails Or Shared Diagnostics
If you sent support emails, diagnostics, screenshots, or other information to us and want it deleted, email privacy@inqita.com from the same email address you used to contact us.
